It’s time to invest in your relationships
I’m a NH based therapist who specializes in couples therapy, developmental and relational trauma, perfectionism and self esteem issues
Serving clients in person in New London, NH and online across NH, VT and MA
I know it’s not easy
There is a lot of information out there on self-help and relationships. So much so that it can be overwhelming and confusing. That’s why I’ve made it my mission to read, study, train and practice the most effective and well researched methods we have to date. I believe as long as you have the right information and a growth mindset, you will be able to make the changes you need to feel secure in yourself and your relationships.
Hey it's me, Ashley Williams
I'M A LICENSED INDEPENDENT CLINICAL SOCIAL WORKER (LICSW)
I have chosen to specialize in both couples and trauma, particularly developmental and relational trauma, because I believe in the power and importance of secure attachment. I practice primarily from the Relationship Theory Model (RTM), a revolutionary new approach based on the research behind Attachment Theory, Neuroscience and and Neuroplasticity. Learn more about this model here and how we will use it to create deep and lasting change.

My Story
Since part of our work together will be helping you live a more full, balanced life, you should know that I also aim to practice what I preach! So, the following may be things you want to know:
I grew up in a small rural town in Vermont and was an avid horseback rider throughout my adolescence.
I spent several years in London, UK where I worked as a social worker in the areas of child protection, immigration and with adults with disabilities.
I have since had varied professional and life experiences to draw upon as an outpatient and partial hospitalization therapist, healthcare consultant and adjunct professor.
I enjoy spending time with my husband, 2 children, cats, and dogs as well as reading, working on my bullet journal, gardening and cooking. I am currently learning about beekeeping!

I am truly invested in you and care about your life. Clients appreciate my knack for remembering details—from the specifics of your high school heartbreak to the last movie you saw on date night!
